The fresh powder from the weekend storm is still hanging around. Storm totals in this report are for the Sunday through Monday storm. Here are some highlights: Santa Fe has Burton Demo Day on Friday and the Ultimate Ski & Board Challenge on Saturday... Taos has the K2 Bump Challenge and the Paint the Peaks Art Auction and a new app... Angel Fire has the Best Served Cold Ski & Snowboard Camp is this Saturday... Red River has Marti Gras in the Mountains through Tuesday.... Sipapu has weekday specials and ski bike demos this weekend.... Durango Mountain has mogul event and Snowshoe tours on Saturday.... Wolf Creek has a senior and telemark clinic on Saturday and College Day on Sunday.

Sandia Peak: 0 New. 1 Storm. 1 Inches New This Week. 50 Inch Base. 34/35 trails open. 4/5 lifts. P/PP/MG surface. 12 runs groomed. Closed on Monday and Tuesday.

Santa Fe: 0 New. 4 Storm. 4 New This Week. 53 Inch Base. 77/77 runs open. 6/7 lifts (Sierra chair closed on weekdays). P/PP/MG surface. 31 runs groomed. The Boneyard Terrain park is open. This Friday is Burton Demo Day and then on Saturday it's the Ultimate Ski & Snowboard Challenge (formerly known as the UNM Corporate Cup).

Taos Ski Valley: 0 New. 6 Storm. 6 New This Week. 67 Inch Base. 113/113 Runs Open. 13/13 Lifts. All green and blue runs are open and all 43 chutes are open as well as Maxie's Terrain Park. 24 runs groomed. P/PP/MG surface. Check out the new Taos app. Go to the app store and search for Taos. Get snow reports, track your vertical, see what's up and find your friends on the mountain. For both iphone and android smart phones. This Saturday, Feb. 25 it's the K2 Bump Challenge and the Paint the Peaks Art Auction. It's a full day of raising money for the Anita Salas Foundation and Boarding for Breast Cancer. Put a team together to ski in the K2 Bump Off or come bid on amazing art by artists such as Victor Goler and BJ Briner. Go to paintforpeaks.com for information and to sign up for the bump off.

Nightrider Terrain Park and Liberation Park are open. Night skiing Thursday through Saturday nights on the lower front side. All the hike-to expert runs are now open. Best Served Cold Ski & Snowboard Camp is this Saturday. Your $40 entry fee includes Lift Ticket. Registration 8-10am. Contest 11am - 1pm. Finals 1pm. 6 Divisions: Mens & Womens, Boys & Girls, 16 & Under.
